Review health, safety, and support needs. Conduct a Meet & Greet in the home or community.

Days 7–10
Provide an acceptance decision and complete intake documentation, including rights and privacy forms.

Days 10–14
Match the participant with the right DSPs. Complete all training and background checks.

End of week 2
Services begin aligned with ISP goals. Skill-building and community support start immediately.

Based in Phillipsburg, with our primary base in Warren County. We deliver immediate, high-quality care across our core regions: Hunterdon, Morris, Somerset, Middlesex, Union, and Essex. Within these areas, services typically begin within 10–14 days with strong staffing consistency.
We are not currently onboarding in South Jersey or Shore regions — growth is intentional so we can protect quality. If we can't meet your need, we'll tell you honestly up front.
