SERVICE STABILITY

We prioritize consistent staff assignments whenever possible. Changes are communicated in advance, and introductions are managed carefully to ensure continuity, comfort, and safety.

COMMUNICATION COMMITMENT

Support Coordinators are never the last to know. Attendance issues, behavioral changes, or family concerns are communicated promptly so adjustments can be made collaboratively, in alignment with the ISP and NJ DDD/Medicaid requirements.
